You will act as a catalyst between our engineers, keys stakeholders and clients, leading projects that deliver meaningful value to our clients, focused on user experience first. You will use data to shape strategy and solutions. You’ll analyse internal and external data to help identify and quantify the potential of new products, forecast, and provide decision support through the life of the product. You will be working with multiple stakeholders and balancing their needs to shape the direction and enable the product team to bring the best new products to market.

🤹‍♂️ Responsibilities

• Work with scrum teams to develop backlogs and user stories in line with the product vision
• Prioritise effectively on multiple dimensions - making sure the urgent doesn’t always outdo the important; that there is a balance between new opportunities, maintenance, fixing issues
• Work with our clients to enhance their digital experience by taking a product-centric approach to structuring, prioritising and articulating the needs of their customers.
• Act as a thought leader and act as a forward leaning partner with your business team to shape, prioritise and deliver excellent products.
• Shape ideas into business cases. Assess requirement and use case formulation.
• Develop strategies to fix the business' product problems and partner with stakeholders to design and implement changes.
• A customer outcomes focus and a passion for user-centred design
• Drive new product development and launches with data-driven insights.
• Evaluate and test various alternative approaches and recommend the path forward.
• Perform advanced analytics, modelling and data mining to develop insights on the product.
• Support the product team with decisions related to new concepts based on data analytics.
• Monitor performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.
• Act as a Mentor to members on the team.

🔬 Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Product management or technical consulting experience.
